We have recently launched into the US market and we’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to level up our marketing game and proudly say one day: “That was us. Our team made it real,” when our brand is all over your insta feed.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily management of our ad campaigns across different platforms. We start with Meta, but our plan is to launch & test TikTok, Google, Axon, so you’ll have a chance to launch that from scratch
- Set up creative testing process and regularly launch efficient tests of new creative concepts
- Optimize campaigns to reach our target CPA, AOV and ROAS
- Monitor competitors, news from the industry and platform updates
- Lead communication with our client managers from Meta, TikTok, Google, etc, and attend industry events we’re invited to
- Collaborate closely with production team and test product demand before we launch them
- Collaborate with creative team to produce efficient creative concepts that will drive higher ROAS
Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience running ads for DTC e-commerce with AOV of $100+, preferably with US/global markets
- A complete knowledge of Meta Ads account and a strong understanding of its paid ads algorithm
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking and analytics (Meta Pixel, Amplitude, Triplewhale, etc.).
- Experience launching a product from 0 will be a huge advantage
- Strong analytical skills, sourcing actionable insights from data and making data-driven decisions
- Knowledge of current trends and platform changes
