We have recently launched into the US market and we’re looking for a Creative Marketing Specialist to level up our marketing game and proudly say one day: “That was us. Our team made it real,” when our brand is all over your insta feed.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze the results of our previous ad campaigns in terms of creative performance
- Analyze the market and industry trends to stay on top of the global lingerie market
- Monitor competitors & find best performing concepts they are scaling
- Prepare creative briefs for graphic & motion designers
- Automate research & briefing process with the help of AI agents
Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience working in digital marketing
- Strong research & market analysis skills
- Strong analytical skills, sourcing actionable insights from data and making data-driven decisions
- Excellent English communication and reporting skills
- Attention to detail
- Structured approach to everything you do in work
- Unhinged thinking. Ability to find unusual solution to typical tasks
- Ability to work with a high level of uncertainty
